Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Project Engineer to join our team for a damage assessment project. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to review and clean field-collected data. The primary responsibilities will include managing data, preparing reports and cost estimates. Proficiency in Esri software and advanced Excel functions is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as effective communication and documentation are integral parts of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage field-collected data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Clean and organize data using Esri, Microsoft, and Excel.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Support Estimator with data reconciliation for cost estimates
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Familiarity with Esri is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field is preferred.
College Interns are also welcome to apply to this contract role. Pay Range $20 to 25/hr.
For Experienced Candidates: $35-45/hr, dependent on years of experience
