Role Description

The District Sales Manager for Bay Insulation Systems would travel throughout the geographic area of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, & Vermont. This position will contact contractors, insulation companies, brokers, manufacturers, and other specifiers of Metal Building Insulation. In addition, the District Sales Manager will be representing EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc., our specialized metal walk door manufacturer. You have NO direct reports.

Responsibilities:

Prepares and presents quotes.
Acquires customer orders.
Handles customer questions, complaints, and needs.
Develops, reviews, and implements district sales plan.
Manages internal customer support.
Promotes Bay Insulation Systems and products throughout the district.
Generate new customers and new sales.
Continue to build current customer relationships.
Manages expenses and territory travel plan.
Ability to travel weekly with 50% of the travel to be overnight.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
Strong market research and business development skills
Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the metal building insulation or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
