We are hiring a Vice President of Sales, Data Ops to commercialize our AI-first proposition and build BGO's enterprise sales motion from 0 to 1. This is a pure hunter, new-business-development role: you will open doors, create opportunities, and close transformational enterprise deals.

This is not an account-management, renewals, or staffing-sales role. You will be the first enterprise seller on the ground - building pipeline, shaping the sales playbook, and establishing BGO as a credible AI-first alternative to traditional outsourcers.

You will work in close partnership with our AI Data Operations leadership and Client Solutions team, who own solution design and practice building. You own the client relationship, the commercial strategy, and the close.
