Structural Engineer I/Structural Engineer II

We’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer I/II to join our team. This role is ideal for an entry level (new graduate) or early-career professional (with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in steel and concrete structures). You’ll work on critical infrastructure projects and build hours toward your Professional Engineer license.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analyses of telecommunications structures (towers, mounts, platforms, foundation analysis).
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and finalize structural reports, adhering to industry standards.
Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and relevant codes.
Structural Engineer I - Entry Level: 0-2 years of relevant experience/education.
Structural Engineer II – Mid Level: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver, and adaptable team player.
Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.

Additional Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.

What We Offer:

Salary range of $75,000 – $85,000, based on experience.
