What We Need:
We're looking for a highly skilled self-starter-someone who's not only motivated to learn and solve problems, but who also asks the bigger questions about how we can make things better. What You'll Do:

Plan, test, and execute large-scale external broadcasts with precision
Proactively review system logs and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot problems and build new studios or solutions
Maintain and operate internal tools; document repairs, calibrations, and performance tests
Manage and repair audio routing systems, including studio consoles
Assist with broadcast network management, including switch and routing configurations
Provide after-hours support for studio issues and scheduled maintenance
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain electronic equipment for optimal transmission and broadcast reliability
Support installation, training, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and third-party peripherals (e.g., workstations, KVMs, production studios, live mixing, radio equipment)
Diagnose and test faulty electronic components and circuits; apply expertise to resolve malfunctions
Respond promptly to client needs; troubleshoot and deliver timely solutions
Implement planned maintenance procedures, including tool installations and system upgrades

What You'll Need:

- Can gather and analyze information skillfully
- Experience with the following components: Windows Operating Systems, Remote Access Applications (VNC, RDP, PRA, Bomgar, etc.), network technologies,
- Proven experience in group problem-solving situations; strong analytical skills
- Independence; ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team
- Stress tolerance, especially when dealing with tight timeframes and high pressure to resolve problems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under deadlines in a fast-paced environment; can escalate appropriately and ask for help.
- Compelling detail orientation with strong attention to accuracy and problem solving, following up until issues are resolved
- Ability to develop, read and Interpret technical documentation
- Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to communicate at detailed technical level as well as to distill advanced concepts into fundamental principles for teammates; can edit work for spelling and grammar

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology and/or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in broadcast engineering/tech or production house technician.
