Overview

The role: The Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics provides reporting, data management, visualization, and analytical support across the Firm’s HR programs and technology environment. The role is responsible for accurate and timely workforce reporting, including business-critical and regulatory requirements, while helping develop a more consistent and effective approach to people analytics.

The Senior Analyst works with HR leaders, Firm leadership, attorneys, professional staff, and business stakeholders to analyze workforce information, identify trends and risks, and provide clear information to support decision-making. Success in the role will mean maintaining a reliable and well-controlled workforce reporting function while helping the Firm improve how workforce information is analyzed, reported, and used. The Senior Analyst will combine strong technical skills with sound judgment, practical problem-solving, and the ability to turn complex workforce data into a clear and compelling story.
