The Opportunity

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to partner with a leader in the aerospace industry. This role is critical to advancing operational excellence through smart, forward-looking procurement strategies that deliver measurable value across cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply chain continuity.

As a strategic contributor, you will influence sourcing decisions that support long-term business objectives while strengthening supplier partnerships in a complex, high-performance environment.

Your Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping sourcing strategy and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading supplier initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across procurement practices. Your work will directly support business resilience, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals and operational priorities
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure sourcing strategies meet business needs
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing supplier relationships
Drive process improvements to increase procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
Monitor market conditions, supplier performance, and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
Support cost-savings initiatives while maintaining quality, delivery, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
Proven success delivering cost savings and improving supplier performance
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and contract management

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $45.00 to $63.00 per hour
