Propersys Corporation is rapidly growing and expanding and is now looking for a talented Senior Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

Managing, coordinating, and supervising groups of junior engineers.
Providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
Planning activities tracking and delegating tasks in advance.
Clearly outlining goals and ensuring group members understand what’s expected of them.
Ensuring QA/QC, health and safety regulations are always obeyed.
Analyzing group performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Providing group sessions as well as one-on-one meetings where individuals can voice their concerns or questions.
Responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coordinating a team to achieve shared objectives, ensuring team efficiency and realizing its full potential. Overseeing daily tasks, projects, and team performance, meet project goals.
Scheduling additional training sessions and workshops, as required.
Follow senior manager, work with Contractor, team members, Safety team and QA/QC to address any system issues.
Issue weekly/monthly report related, schedule and quality report to client.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in system design and electrical engineering principles.
Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to system performance and design.
Familiarity with CAD software for drafting and modeling purposes.
Knowledge of laboratory procedures related to gas engineering is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct effective root cause analysis.
Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
