This full-time role offers opportunity for a hybrid remote schedule, with weekly onsite/in-office hours.

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) owns our product vision, strategy, and execution, with accountability for transforming the product portfolio into a coherent, profitable, scalable software business. WHAT YOU’LL DO.

Product Strategy & Growth: Define and execute a 12 - 24-month product roadmap tied to company objectives, financial targets, innovation, differentiation, and sustainable growth.
Product Organization: Build and lead a high-performing product organization capable of managing multiple integrated products across key markets and sectors.
Cross-Functional Execution: Align product priorities with engineering capacity and commercial objectives, including monetization, packaging, pricing, adoption, and key-account support.
Market & Customer Insight: Use competitive intelligence, customer data, win/loss analysis, and churn drivers to prioritize investments and shape product strategy.
Operating Discipline: Establish product operating mechanisms—including discovery cadences, quarterly business reviews, roadmap reviews, and performance metrics—to improve execution predictability and speed.
Revenue & Retention: Own product-led growth metrics, including product revenue, retention, customer satisfaction, and quality.
Go-to-Market: Partner with Sales and Marketing to define target markets, customers, value propositions, positioning, and GTM strategy while eliminating underperforming offerings.
Sales Alignment: Establish disciplined processes for balancing near-term deal opportunities with long-term product strategy.
Ecosystem & Monetization: Strengthen integration with customers’ CAE and PLM environments and optimize B2B pricing models to increase product sales and annual contract value.
Enterprise Readiness: Ensure product requirements support SOC 2, GDPR, and other enterprise security standards.
Customer Engagement: Establish and lead a Customer Advisory Board representing the company’s highest-value customers.

12-MONTH SUCCESS MEASURES. Success will be demonstrated through:

An outcome- and revenue-focused product roadmap, rather than a feature-driven backlog.
Improved NRR and reduced churn through higher-impact product enhancements and stronger onboarding.
A scalable, accountable product organization with clear roles and decision ownership.
Faster innovation, shorter development cycles, and greater experimentation velocity.
Reduced customer time-to-value, supporting shorter sales cycles and higher win rates.
A more stable platform capable of supporting high-volume corporate customers.
Differentiated, difficult-to-replicate capabilities that increase customer retention and competitive advantage.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS, and demonstrated experience scaling a software business from approximately $10M to $50M+ ARR. The candidate should combine product leadership, technical literacy, financial acumen, commercial orientation, and experience with complex, multinational B2B sales environments.
The CPO must be capable of transitioning from hands-on product execution to leading managers and building the product operating system, with strong focus on revenue, retention, strategic prioritization, and executive customer relationships. Most importantly, the CPO must help TAI move beyond its approximately $15M stage toward a standardized, scalable software product business, while avoiding excessive customization driven by services engagements.
