The department of Service Operations Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the globe.
Service Planning consists of tasks related to Scheduled Maintenance service orders such as technical preparation before field execution.
Responsibilities
• Check and close work orders after field execution in SAP/SF system
• Cooperate with local Technical Planners to resolve complex technical issues
• Cooperate with technicians and supervisors in terms of proper work closure quality
• Use and maintain scripts, gather data, and create reports
• Provide cover for other Technical Coordinators during terms of sickness or leave
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Experience in administrative/documents/orders or relevant
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP would be a plus
• Knowledge of additional foreign language with be advantage
Competencies
• Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and creative problem solving
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues
• Well organized with attention to details
• Advanced level of communication and teamwork skill
• Customer orientation thinking would be advantage
