Production Superintendent to join
Eni Mexico. You will be responsible for managing the Production aspect related to the FPSO O&M Contract, ensuring the maximum efficiency and availability of all production process equipment, while respecting all HSE requirements and local legislation.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring safety operations and environmental care.
- Monitoring and controlling production parameters in relation to all the processes of oil and gas production.
- Coordinating between FPSO team and Platform/ORF Team during production operations and daily activities.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Production Reports.
- Supervising chemicals stocks and injections, and monitoring the effectiveness of the process with the support of the Chemicals Contractor Specialist and Eni chemical production engineer.
- Providing operator input/feedback into maintenance programs and production planning activities.
- Being a member of the ERP team.
Skills and experience required:
- BOSIET certification.
- Technical High School/Diploma.
- 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience in production plant field operations.
- Strong management skills.
- Strong knowledge of English.
- HSE basic courses (preferred).
- Maintenance basic courses (preferred).
- Oil & Gas surface production facilities course (preferred).
- Knowledge in plant commissioning, start-up procedures, and oil & gas plant processes.
- Maintenance troubleshooting techniques.
- Understanding of HSE procedures and standards.
- Compliance with local, national, and international standards and codes.
