At
Eni, we are looking for a
Head of Operations Excellence (Offshore Compression) within our Branch in
Qatar. You will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and directing the consistent implementation of Offshore Operations Excellence (OE) programs and ensuring the sustainability and continuous improvement of OE programs with a specific focus on compression.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operations excellence programs and process safety programs.
- Drive sustainability, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of OE programs.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in offshore operations.
- Align operational excellence initiatives with the overall business objectives and transformation goals of the division.
- Develop and implement the Mitigate Volume Threats (MVT) process.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of the process safety program (PSP) within the Company.
- Lead a core multidisciplinary team in the development of Barrier Management processes.
- Serve as the technical expert within the Operations Groups for advice on complex issues.
- Direct the development of quality assurance and project planning measures for assigned projects.
- Develop and sustain all OE related programs/initiatives by incorporating essential control measures.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a solid understanding of Operations Excellence (OE) functions.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in deploying OE initiatives.
- Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams capable of executing Operations Group strategies, programs, and initiatives sustainably.
- Ability to drive behavioral changes within Operations teams by introducing new programs, concepts, and best practices, while achieving alignment and support from management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong facilitation skills and proven ability to conduct workshops and conferences.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
