At DeZURIK, we’re passionate about precision and innovation. We’re currently seeking a Special Order Designer I to join our collaborative team in Sartell, MN. In this hybrid role, you’ll be instrumental in turning ideas into manufacturable solutions by creating and maintaining 2D/3D CAD drawings and supporting special customer orders from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings using DraftSight, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
- Create layouts, assemblies, and piece part drawings
- Collaborate with vendors for technical data on purchased components
- Ensure accuracy in all engineering documents
- Support and streamline special orders through drafting, BOMs, and internal coordination
What You Bring:
- A two-year technical degree in drafting/design or related field
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD systems
- A solid grasp of manufacturing processes and industry standards (MSS, ASME, ANSI, ASTM)
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits:
