Roles and Responsibilities:
- Programming SMT lines (laser marker, paste printing, SPI, placement machines, reflow oven, AOI)
- Technical clarifications and development on the SMD processes
- Optimization processes, working methods and specifications in the SMD area
- Technical support in the context of sample production during the NPI phase
- Clarification and initiation of measures in the event of technical quality problems
- Analysis and elimination of technical faults on the SMT lines
- Technical support of production in monitoring the SMD processes (productivity, efficiency, KPIs)
- Carrying out regular maintenance on all systems
- Clarification and planning of external service calls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years' experience in process management in EMS, electrical, mechanical, or a related field
- Ideally knowledge of programming with Siplace Pro
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality and cost awareness
- Ideally knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, & IATF16949
- Ability to work in a team
Training:
- There are no special training requirements. However, training will be provided as determined by company business growth
- May be required to travel to foreign countries for training.
Working Conditions:
- Additional work hours may be requested to include weekends.
- Required to use and handle hazardous materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
