We are hiring to one our nationalised client based in Middle east for Oil & gas industry.
This opening is for Onshore projects. It is residential position with family expat benefits.
Below are the openings -
A) SR. COST ENGINEER -
1) Require degree in Engineering discipline. Plus ACCE or equivalent certification related to cost engineer is preferred.
2) 12+ years of IOC experience in cost estimation of upstream/downstream projects in oil & gas industry OR civil/infrastructure.
3) Experience in Quantity surveying is preferred.
4) Maintain and update progressively historical data of commercial bids, EPIC/construction cost estimate prepared by FEED/ECS consultant and budgetary quotes of equipment/bulks in a shared repository.
B) SR. QA/QC ENGINEER -
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering from internationally recognized organization or equivalent.
2. IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor Certification, ASNT Level-II Certification in RT/MT/PT/UT,
3. Certifications in welding and painting inspection activities from internationally recognized certification bodies like AWS / CSWIP/TWI.
4. Professional certification / affiliation with internationally recognized Quality organizations like CQI or ASQ or similar is desirable.
5. Minimum 15 years' of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry with an international recognized EPIC contractor or end user/owner organizations,
covering pipelines and process plants.
6. Hands on working experience in major EPIC projects with involvement in all phases of E-P-I-C from working level to independently managing / Heading QA/QC function, with technical expertise in core discipline.
7. Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.
8. Working from corporate offices with functional responsibility for simultaneous coordination / working / managing multiple projects is desirable.
9. Working knowledge of using and interpreting Shell DEPs, International Codes / Standards (ASME, ASTM, NACE, AWS, API, BS, ISO) related to the job and industry.
10. Sound Welding and NDT knowledge is must.
