We have a great opportunity for a VP of HR in Franklin, TN The Vice President of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes areas of talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and culture development.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and mission.
- Lead and manage the HR department and team members.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
- Promote and drive a high-performance culture through performance management programs and continuous feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on people and culture matters.
- Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture through employee engagement strategies.
- Manage organizational change, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Oversee training and leadership development programs.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-level HR role.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in [industry, e.g., tech, manufacturing, healthcare] preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related HR certification a plus.
