- Coordinate with local travel agents / hotels for guest services with approval of the ADMIN Manager
- Sourcing of Flight Tickets
- Timely processing of travel requirements of Employees
- Ensures proper documentation for VISA and Work Permit of Employees
- Site reimbursements to be prepared and sent to HO as well as co-ordinate with Cost Controlling dept. for reimbursement
- Goods receipts to be done for materials received at site and for WTG components when erection is completed
- As-built creation for all erected WTG's at site and time registration to be completed for required employees
- Monthly bills to be collected from the local vendor's
- Co-ordinate with Cost Controlling dept. for vendor payment
- Company / Lease vehicle overall maintenance
- Maintain personnel, legal, and administrative records
- Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Assist with overall maintenance of the organization and its offices
- Arrange any special events as well as hotel bookings for visiting guests going to outstations
- SAP - Time registration using VSP, As-built creation, Goods receipt and Consumption for major components
- Ensure the site facility as per the stat-up checklist
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to fulfill operational requirements
- Procurement of materials in line with service plan
- Adhoc tasks
Qualifications - BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)
- 2.5 years experience in supply-chain department in Construction industry
- 5 years in managing admin & accounts
Competencies - Good knowledge in managing the site accounts and admin
- Good knowledge working with SAP
- Collaborative individual
- High attention to detail
- English Language skills
- Experience in any other language
