Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic thinker to join us as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to proactively grow our footprint within our target industries. Your expertise will help us forge strong client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise accounts in North America and globally.
• Engage C-level stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of Workplace, Facilities, Real Estate, CHROs) and build strong consultative relationships.
• Position the CXAI platform as a unified solution for digital workplace transformation-encompassing space optimization, employee engagement, and AI-driven productivity enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine positioning and create targeted campaigns for buyer personas.
• Execute account-based sales strategies for verticals such as Technology, Financial Services, Entertainment, Consumer and Healthcare.
• Deliver product demos, lead discovery conversations, respond to RFPs, and develop compelling business cases and ROI models.
• Forecast sales performance accurately and meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.
• Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and go-to-market refinement
Required Experience and Skills
• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on workplace experience, proptech, smart buildings, or employee engagement platforms.
• Proven track record of selling into Facilities, HR, IT, or Real Estate leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Strong understanding of hybrid work models, space utilization challenges, and the shift toward employee-centric workplace design.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders, and land six- or seven-figure deals.
• Consultative, solution-oriented approach; experience with value-based selling frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills, with an eye toward helping organizations reduce digital friction and improve productivity through AI.
• Experience working in high-growth, ambiguous environments where adaptability, autonomy, and initiative are essential.
Bonus Points for
• Background selling AI, IoT, or sensor-integrated solutions.
• Experience with buyer personas like Chief People Officer, Workplace Experience Manager, or Heads of Corporate Real Estate
