Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow among carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Create, manage, and track project timelines, budgets, and material orders
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction
- Conduct job site visits to oversee progress, safety, and quality control
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective, timely solutions
- Work with design and estimating teams to ensure build feasibility and adherence to plans
- Maintain project documentation using Contractor Foreman or similar software
Qualifications- 3-5+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling or construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven success leading crews and vendors
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction documents, and project plans
- Familiarity with project management software (Contractor Foreman preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
