As we continue to expand our reach and services, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our multi-site operations and ensure the seamless delivery of clinical care, insurance coordination, and operational excellence.
Position Overview
The Executive General Manager will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of Infinity Kids’ therapy clinics across multiple locations. This leader will be responsible for aligning clinical care with operational best practices, managing payer and insurance workflows, driving growth initiatives, opening new offices, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in scaling healthcare services, managing multi-unit operations, and partnering with clinical leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a values-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic Leadership
- Lead and manage all aspects of Infinity Kids' multi-site clinic operations, ensuring consistent execution of our high standards of care and client service.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including new site launches, expansion of service lines, and increased community engagement.
Insurance & Revenue Cycle Management
- Oversee insurance credentialing, verification, billing workflows, and revenue cycle performance across all locations.
- Partner with billing and administrative teams to ensure timely reimbursements, payer compliance, and minimization of claim denials.
Clinical Quality & Compliance
- Work closely with Clinical Directors to ensure consistency in therapy quality, caseload management, and client care protocols.
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements (e.g., HIPAA, state therapy regulations), and lead efforts to improve clinical and operational documentation standards.
Financial Oversight
- Manage full P&L responsibility across all locations; drive financial performance through smart budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze key financial, operational, and clinical metrics to drive business decisions and inform leadership strategy.
Team & Culture Development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of clinic managers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and mission-driven service aligned with Infinity Kids' core vales.
Client & Family Experience
- Champion an outstanding client experience by promoting service excellence, empathetic communication, and family education across every touchpoint.
- Implement feedback loops and service enhancements that reflect the needs and voices of the families we serve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7–10+ years in senior operations leadership roles, ideally within pediatric therapy, behavioral health, outpatient clinics, or multi-site healthcare settings producing in excess of 25 Million in Revenue.
- Multi-Unit Management: Demonstrated success overseeing operations across 5+ sites with full P&L responsibility and 100+ team members.
- Insurance & Compliance: Deep knowledge of payer operations, credentialing, claims management, and healthcare compliance.
- Clinical Partnership: Experience partnering with clinical leaders and understanding the dynamics of therapy-based service delivery.
- Growth-Oriented: Proven ability to scale operations, lead expansions, and optimize performance in mission-driven environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems, practice management software, and analytics dashboards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $95,000 per year.
