We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, robotics, CNC operations, and project management to optimize production workflows.
Duties
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed schematics and models for manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing technologies, including CAM programming and robotics integration.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to CNC machinery and other automated systems.
- Provide technical support for welding processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document engineering changes and maintain accurate records of project specifications using tools like Creo.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on knowledge of CNC operations and robotics.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo) for designing schematics and models.
- Familiarity with CAM programming techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of welding processes and techniques is a plus.
- Experience in quantum engineering concepts is an advantage but not required.
