Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Senior UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Senior UKG Pro WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through anything from the migration from WFC, the launch of their UKG Pro WFM system, along with a variety of post-live projects. In this role, you would be focused on setting up, optimising, and testing across all modules for our clients. This is a remote position supporting our Australia team.
What you'll do:- Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG Pro WFM products.
- Draw on your industry and HRIS expertise to recommend and implement time and attendance solutions
- Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications
- Document, analyse, test and modify the UKG Pro WFM system based on and related to client and system design specifications
- Responsible for designing, integrating, configuring, implementing, and supporting high quality WFM business solutions.
- Evaluate customer business needs thus contributing to the overall strategic planning and optimizing of WFM processes and technology.
- Accountable for defined WFM assignments.
- Work with customers and vendors during positioning, design, configuration, and testing of WFM related UKG solutions/products.
- Provide ongoing functional support and advice to our customer base.
- Identification of incremental process improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project's requirements
- Strong ability to develop functional design solutions that meet clients' needs
- Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
- Pursuing additional professional development towards UKG Pro WFM as needed
- Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business

- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
- 5+ years of UKG WFM experience and 3+ years of UKG Pro WFM implementation experience across all or most of the following:
- UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping™
- UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling™
- UKG Pro WFM Accruals
- UKG Pro WFM Attestation
- UKG Pro WFM Forecasting
Nice to haves:- A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
- A background in consulting strongly preferred
