Who Are We Looking For?We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader who can take charge of our well-established residential and commercial painting services company.
Our
General Manager will typically work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call and weekend hours based on customer and team needs.
What Are The Requirements?- 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesperson in the interior and exterior painting industry, covering both residential and commercial projects.
- Experience running and training crews of painters, ensuring high-quality application, surface preparation, and adherence to safety standards.
- Experience in painting service sales and upselling to residential and commercial customers, including estimating, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
- Experience in painting business management, including budgeting, scheduling, materials procurement, quality control, and direct labor oversight.
- Strong knowledge of various paint types, finishes, application techniques, surface preparation requirements, and industry best practices.
- Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations relevant to painting operations in Jackson, WY.
