Primary Purpose
Manage and direct the plant Project Engineers in the region and assist them in engineering, design and management of assigned projects and tasks.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the plant Project Engineers in the coordination and management of projects from beginning to end and present turnkey final projects.
- Train, coach and assist plant Project Engineers in the development and completion of projects. Provide mentorship, guidance and hands-on support to cultivate their professional growth and development.
- Advise and direct plant Project Engineers on safety requirements and proper enforcement.
- Assist the Sr. Director Processing Operations in the planning of annual capital budgets and communicate project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial), Master’s preferred.
- 7 – 10 years’ industry experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
