The Role:This brand new Production Manager position is based within the Milledgeville area and plays a crucial role in the company's growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing lamination processes in-house and managing this new division. This role involves setting up operations, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the integration of the lamination processes into the company's existing framework. Initially, the position includes two weeks of training in eastern Asia, highlighting the importance of global operational understanding. Candidates should possess strong lamination experience and demonstrate effective leadership skills to drive the new division's success.
