Key Responsibilities:- Manages the supplier base to ensure security of supply, compliance to quality and regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement on service, costs, OWC, and sustainability
- Continuously identifies, assesses, and monitors risks (quality, security of supply, business impact) in the area of procurement and translate these into mitigating sourcing actions
- Leads Sourcing initiatives related to Innovation and Large Operational Projects (and Running Business if needed) in order to support business growth and create value through procurement
- Contributes to the definition and implementation of the unit's Annual Procurement Plan

You Bring:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Commerce/Procurement, Business Administration, and/or Supply Chain Management.
- > 10 years' experience in Sourcing and Purchasing roles in various business-to-business environments.
- Experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Experience with project management.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
- Basic SAP knowledge and skills.
