Context and environment
PBF is the brownfield project division of TEPA and benefits of a matrix organization.
The DALIA life extension project is executed to extend Dalia fields life up to 2045. The overall scope is 2 phases : Phase 1 up to 2030 ( incl a
FFSD in 2029) and Phase 2 from 2030 to 2045.
The Dalia Lifex FEED is completed and project sanctioned to execution phase in Q4 2024. PBF is accountable for the overall project delivery during
execution.
Most of SURF and SPS activities will be managed though EPC contracts by PBF / Most of Topside and HBM activities will be delegated to DT entities.
Due to the extent of the work (Maintenance works, pipeworks, hull repair, flowlines change out, XT change out, wells intervention, etc.), the different
work packages will be attributed to different entities within TEPA and not one single entity for the full
scope. This complexifies the consolidation and visibility of the full extent.
