Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause and Corrective action implementation
- Skills in process documentation, PPV, FAI ,PFMEA
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and team members at all levels
Preferred Skills and Education- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145
- Prior experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
