ROV Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead our team of ROV operators and technicians in the design, deployment, and operation of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for a variety of offshore projects. ROV Supervisor Job Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of ROV operators and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the safe and efficient execution of underwater operations
- Develop and implement effective ROV strategies, managing budgets and resources to drive project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ROV operations into project plans
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of ROVs, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet project requirements
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including training and mentoring of junior staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ROV operations, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
ROV Supervisor Position Requirements - 5+ years of experience in ROV operations, maintenance, or management
- Proven track record of successfully supervising teams and leading complex projects
- Strong understanding of ROV systems, including design, deployment, and operation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, marine science, business administration) required; advanced certifications (e.g., ROV Master Technician, Project Management Professional) preferred
