Position: Director, Strategy & Operations
The Monogram Health Director, Strategy & Operations will work closely with various business leaders to develop, implement and manage various high priority strategy initiatives. The Director, Strategy & Operations will play a key role in analyzing operational performance, identifying areas of improvement, and launch new processes and enhancements to optimize program performance. To perform well in this role, the Director, Strategy & Operations will be required to traverse functional areas across the company including clinical and administrative operations, technology, analytics, finance, compliance and legal. The ideal candidate will have worked recently in a professional services environment (consulting, investment banking, investment management, etc.) or gained experience in operations/strategy at a startup or large healthcare organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze, develop, and execute new solutions and strategic opportunities, including planning, education and assisting end-users with project implementation.
• Analyze and report on operational performance for key products and programs, including identifying and monitoring KPIs and trends that materially impact Monogram's business and patient health outcomes, and present those trends to senior leaders as appropriate.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of all aspects of various programs and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders regarding status reporting, problems/barriers, risk management, issue resolution among all internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate strategy and vision, program performance, helping to drive transparency and alignment on key projects and performance.
• Cultivate relationships, manages and interfaces with project team members including internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that project goals are achieved.
• Learn workflows and solution technology/operations as necessary to build workflows, and other tactical and operational needs while working collaboratively across business segments to drive projects to execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource needs, milestones, timelines and action items, and report to senior leaders on progress made toward those key projects, including notification of any barriers, and steps to address
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and a proven ability to affect change, while maintaining effective relationships across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support Monogram Health as necessary with any tasks or projects required to deliver excellent personalized kidney care and perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Graduate degree in relevant course of study (e.g., MBA) strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare strategy, product development, operations, management consulting, or M&A experience.
• Experience in startup environments or growth stage companies strongly preferred; in lieu of specific company stage experience, track record of launching new strategic initiatives within larger corporate environments.
• Experience with database and analytics solutions such as Salesforce Health Cloud or Power BI
• Experience mapping workflows in Visio or similar tools
• Excellent verbal communication skills both in person and on the phone; track record of successfully delivering recommendations and building rapport at an executive level.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple assignments.
• Self-starter and an independent, critical thinker with ability to perform detailed data analysis and recommend actions and processes based on those analyses
• Computer skills: Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, data visualization software
• Travel required as business needs dictate.
