PDI is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead and manage offshore installation operations. The OIM is responsible for the overall safety, coordination, and efficiency of all activities on the offshore facility, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of offshore installation operations, including personnel, equipment, and daily activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel onboard
- Serve as the primary point of contact between offshore and onshore teams
- Lead emergency response and safety drills
- Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues related to installation and commissioning
- Maintain compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
- Oversee permit-to-work systems and control of work activities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Offshore Installation Manager or similar offshore leadership role
- Strong understanding of offshore construction, installation, and commissioning operations
- Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, OIM License, as applicable)
- Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams under high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards (e.g., API, OSHA, IMO)
