About the Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring scalability, and aligning cross-functional teams with company goals. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans and track team progress toward milestones
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure accountability and high performance across teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and cross-functional initiatives
- Streamline work flows to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support company growth
- Cultivate a values-based team culture through clear leadership and coaching
- Oversee operational budgets, resourcing, and project time lines
- Implement tools and processes to strengthen internal operations, reporting, and compliance
What You Bring
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role (Director of Operations, General Manager, or similar)
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and capable of leading through change
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus)
