Job Description
Tire Rack is undergoing an exciting data modernization, transforming from a legacy setup into a scalable, cloud-native ecosystem. As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a key role in this journey—building reliable, high-performance data pipelines using Databricks and other modern tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Spark.

Develop high-quality, cloud-native data solutions that enable analytics, machine learning, and business operations.

Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver data that drives value.

Implement and optimize data models in tools like Delta Lake and Snowflake.

Ensure reliability, performance, and governance across data workflows.

Support ongoing architectural improvements and modernization initiatives.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.

Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing.

Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience designing scalable and secure data infrastructure.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
