Job Description:We are seeking an experienced
Field Calibration Manager to lead and manage a team of field technicians responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and performance verification of instrumentation and equipment across customer sites. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong technical background, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field calibration technicians
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics for field operations
- Ensure all calibrations are performed to industry standards and customer specifications
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize service delivery
Qualifications:- 5+ years of calibration or instrumentation experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of calibration processes, documentation, and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support field operations
