This role involves preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, and performance standards.
Location/Travel InformationThis position is based at the Quintana LQF Facility, with occasional travel to off-site locations. A valid, unexpired driver's license is required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Manage projects in the Downstream Oil and Gas sector, including Petrochemicals.
- Work across multiple disciplines and demonstrate strong project management and supervision skills.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Formulate project parameters and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
- Review engineering tasks and initiate necessary corrective actions.
- Develop specifications for project equipment and frameworks to measure project metrics.
- Ensure compliance with codes, practices, policies, and performance standards.
- Manage field activities of contractors and ensure safe coordination with other work in the facility.
- Lead technical and commercial evaluations of contractor proposals.
- Implement control measures to deliver projects within budget and schedule.
- Manage multidiscipline MOCs to ensure quality documentation and efficient approval and execution.
- Provide project justification and guide proposed projects through the approval process.
- Manage key interfaces between Operations Engineering and other internal departments.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance - Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) required.
