Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Direct and supervise field teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Manage project staffing, scheduling, material coordination, and tool inventories.
- Work closely with project management and prefabrication teams to optimize efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for prefab, implement best practices, and recommend new tools/technologies.
- Track budgets, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and electrical codes.
- Provide mentorship to foremen and sub-foremen to strengthen leadership across the team.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years as an Electrical Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in industrial/commercial construction.
- Journeyman Wireman license.
- Must have OSHA 30.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, NFPA standards, and installation methods.
- Experience working with AutoDesk.
- Additional safety training (Fall Protection, Confined Space, Trenching/Excavation, CPR/First Aid, NFPA-70E) is a plus.
