PPI is seeking an Expeditor to coordinate with procurement, quality control, and production teams to monitor progress, identify delays, and expedite critical items to avoid schedule impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and expedite orders through fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly stages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate status reports and update stakeholders regularly.
- Support inspectors and project managers with documentation and logistics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Expeditor
- Prior experience in oil & gas environment
- Knowledge of workflows and material tracking systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Duration: ~ 6 months
