3D Printing by Signify myCreation: The sustainable choice in lighting
We’re looking for a 3D Printing Industrial Quality Engineer who will be responsible for introducing new products and setup of optimized processes. Ensures optimized product designs by representing manufacturing in product development and maintenance project teams.
What you’ll do
Drive & Improve Industrial Quality functional excellence within 3D Printing
Monitor industrial Quality performance KPI's in line with targets & initiates appropriate actions.
Define required improvement program on equipment capabilities.
Define and support implementation of Quality Controls/Systems based on PFMEA.
Implements programs to prevent customer issues, complaint handling
Define and assesse quality competencies for industrial operators.
Ensure standardized processes for Industrial Quality are followed.
Provides trainings in Quality tools/ methods or process
What you’ll need
Knowledgeable and experienced with Industrial Quality tools/ processes/ capabilities.
Quality processes management track record
Focuses on customers.
Ability to deeply understand Quality Management Systems’ and regulatory requirements.
Ability to build trusted relationships (int/external stakeholders).
Ability to smoothly partner/ influence with operational colleagues and drive required improvements and changes.
Experience in the practical use and implementation of key Quality tools such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA with Control Plan, MSA, SPC.
