In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive care for adults, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of complex and chronic illnesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and high cholesterol
- Conducting annual wellness visits, physical exams, and age-appropriate screenings
- Providing preventive care, health education, and vaccinations
- Performing well-woman exams, including birth control counseling
- Interpreting diagnostic tests and coordinating care with specialists when needed
- Supporting patients in weight management and lifestyle modification plans
