Job Title: Senior Completions & Workover Engineer
Location: Angola

We are seeking an experienced Senior Completions & Workover Engineer to plan, engineer, and supervise completions and workover operations for onshore and offshore wells. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ESP, PCP, Gas Lift, sand control, multi-zone completions, heavy fishing, and plug & abandonment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare completion/workover programs and AFEs.
- Supervise onshore/offshore operations ensuring safety, cost, and efficiency.
- Oversee equipment QA/QC, material preparation, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with production, drilling, and service teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare EOWR and manage lessons learned for performance improvement.
Requirements:
- BSc in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10-15 years' experience in completion & workover engineering (offshore/onshore).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ESP, Gas Lift, sand control, and fishing operations.
- Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Control and strong HSE awareness.
