Role: Design Engineer
Lead the design and development of GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) fuel injector products for a major automotive Tier 1 supplier. You'll own projects from concept through PPAP, develop validation test methods, and drive new product launches while working with cutting-edge fuel system technology.
Requirements:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• MUST HAVE GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) experience
• 5+ years in fuel injector design
• Knowledge of injector internal geometry and spray patterns
• Experience with DFMEA, APQP, and PPAP processes
• Proficiency in CAD (Creo preferred)
• Validation test planning and execution
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
