- Operate, test and maintain our subsea equipment offshore and onshore
- Support mobilization/demobilization and upgrades on land
- Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to technical documentation
- Travel globally to support operations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of offshore experience, preferably in XT and Tubing Hanger installation
- Vocational certificate or technical education in automation, electrical, mechanical or well technology
- Strong practical skills in hydraulic/electrical control systems
- Team player with good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
