As a Junior Plant Operations Shifter, you will join Versalis . In particular, the Ferrara plant is an important corporate hub for activities aimed at the production of elastomers and for the production of polyethylene. Versalis has obtained certifications in Ferrara in compliance with European and national regulations for health, safety, environment, quality, energy management and corporate social responsibility.
Main activities:
- Provide support in checking the instrumentation on the panel and/or on the video, and in recording the data in the expected times and ways, carrying out any corrective actions prescribed by the department's Operations Manual or those deemed most appropriate by the person in charge on shift, in order to maintain the normal conditions of the system's configuration
- Collaborate in carrying out, in the event of an alarm signal, the operations prescribed by the department's Operations Manual and the instructions received, reporting any anomalous values to the person in charge on duty and assisting him in identifying the appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide support in completing the time sheets, accurately recording the values of the operating parameters in accordance with the provisions of the department's Operations Manual, and ensure their archiving
- Provide support during scheduled periodic checks, with particular reference to periodic checks on the functionality of security systems.
Required characteristics:
- Secondary school diploma
- Maximum 3 years of experience gained in similar roles
- Availability to work shifts.
