Senior Facilities Director leads and executes strategic initiatives that enhance campus operations and workplace culture. This role manages campus-wide projects, develops scalable programs, and ensures seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders, including Ambassador and Operations Committees, Facilities, EH&S, IT, Security, Employee Experience, and Workplace Services.
Responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of campus operations projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and communications to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and scale operational programs supporting workplace experience, safety, compliance, and campus growth.
- Act as the central point of coordination across departments and vendors.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder updates.
- Track and analyze project and program performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement.
- Develop and deliver clear communications for project updates and campus-wide initiatives.
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, or related field (master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in workplace operations, facilities, or corporate real estate.
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership and influencing without authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a high-growth, multi-site corporate or tech environment.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
- Familiarity with space management tools, IWMS systems, or CAD software.
- Passion for workplace design, sustainability, and operational innovation.
