We are now looking for anAutomation Engineer. NVIDIA’s product ecosystem is rapidly expanding, increasing the need for intelligent systems that improve support quality and scale. This role plays a key part in building AI-driven automation that boosts accuracy, efficiency, and customer confidence across a broad range of support and content workflows.
What you’ll be doing:
Build and deploy automation to improve accuracy, defect detection, and repair workflows across customer-facing systems.
Develop internal tools and pipelines that use AI, NLP, and LLM technologies to modernize how support content and insights are created and maintained.
Partner with Support Engineers, Product Teams, and AI teams to streamline publishing, QA, and triage workflows at scale.
Analyze large volumes of customer and system data to identify patterns, address critical issues, and continuously enhance support quality.
Build Docker or Kubernetes containerized microservices with REST APIs to improve scalability of AI and support systems.
What we need to see:
BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience building software or tooling for data, AI, or workflow automation.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with containerization and REST APIs.
Familiarity with NLP or LLM techniques such as clustering, fine-tuning, and few-shot learning.
Strong understanding of data analytics methods.
Experience with modern AI development tools and engineering for workflow acceleration.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD.
