The Project Manager (Bilingual - Korean/English) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. This position oversees all aspects of project management including cost control, scheduling, contract administration, and client relations. The Project Manager ensures that all work is performed in accordance with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Fluency in both Korean and English is required to effectively manage bilingual project environments, facilitate communication with clients and subcontractors, and ensure technical accuracy across teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing heavy civil, marine, or industrial construction projects.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
