Seeking Data Engineers to support software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on initiatives to ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects utilizing AWS and Azure
Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing large-scale ingest systems in a Big Data environment
- Optimizing all stages of the data lifecycle, from initial planning, to ingest, through final display and beyond
- Developing custom solutions/code to ingest and exploit new and existing data sources
- Working with Sponsor development teams to improve application performance
- Providing support to maintain, optimize, troubleshoot, and configure environments as needed
- Organizing and maintaining documentation so others are able to understand and use it
- Collaborating with teammates, other service providers, vendors, and users to develop new and more efficient methods
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Citizenship Requirement: US Citizen
- Clearance Required: Must be able to pass background check
- Attitude: Must understand that we are here to help our customers succeeded and possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Change: Willing to embrace new and innovative ways of meeting and solving customer needs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $84,188.00 - $161,755.00 per year
