Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Aerospace & Defense/Manufacturing (Entry-Level) ($35-$44/hr)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.

Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software (Solidworks).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, electrical, and project management.

Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation.

Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven internship/job experience in mechanical design, development, and analysis (1-2yrs).

Proficiency with CAD tools from previous internships/jobs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.).

Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with machining/hand tools A PLUS!
