The Nordic area represents a highly strategic and forward-thinking automotive and mobility ecosystem, spanning OEMs, Tier-1s, startups, public transport authorities, research institutions, and hyperscale partners. To further accelerate NVIDIA’s impact in this region, we are seeking a Regional Automotive & Mobility Leader for the Nordics, for positioning NVIDIA’s full platform portfolio and orchestrating a strong, scalable ecosystem across the region. This is a senior, externally facing leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for regional strategy, executive relationships, and long-term business growth across the Nordic vehicle and transportation sector.
What you’ll be doing
Own and define NVIDIA’s automotive and mobility strategy for the Nordic region, aligning platform priorities with market dynamics.
Position NVIDIA as the platform partner for OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, mobility providers, and emerging ecosystem players across AI, AV, ADAS, simulation, robotics, and data center workloads.
Lead and grow the regional ecosystem, including technology partners, ISVs, startups, cloud partners, research institutions, and public collaborators.
Engage at executive and board level with customers and partners to build platform adoption, roadmaps, and groundbreaking programs.
Drive execution across NVIDIA’s full portfolio, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and account teams.
Act as the trusted advisor guiding customers through their AI and software-defined vehicle journey, from early strategy to large-scale deployment.
Identify growth vectors across mobility, industrial AI, infrastructure, and next-generation transportation models.
Represent NVIDIA externally at key regional events, industry forums, and with strategic government or research collaborators.
What we need to see
Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
12+ overall years demonstrated ability in automotive, mobility, or adjacent deep-tech industries, with exposure to software-defined systems and AI.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Confirmed background in senior sales, business development, or regional leadership roles within sophisticated B2B environments.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead ecosystems, not just individual customer relationships.
Strong experience engaging C-level collaborators and influencing long-term strategic decisions.
High affinity for advanced technology platforms, AI, accelerated computing, and software ecosystems.
Strategic, proactive, and commercially strong approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to operate autonomously while influencing across a highly matrixed global organization.
Proficiency in English is required; Nordic language skills are a strong plus.
