Jered, a division of PAR Systems, seeks a Human Resources Manager for our Jered business based in Brunswick, Georgia. This key role aims to drive organizational success through exceptional partnership, communication and HR practices.
With over 60 years of experience in designing, building, and supporting products for every combatant ship in the US Navy, Jered is a renowned defense contractor specializing in a wide range of critical equipment, including anchor windlasses, capstans, mooring and towing winches, steering gear systems, cargo handling systems, pontoon roadways and bridging, and aircraft, cargo, and weapons elevators.

The Human Resources Manager is tasked with leading the HR team to develop the programs and processes the organization needs to thrive. This includes designing and implementing robust development and retention strategies to ensure our employees are able to remains steadfast in our commitment to our mission to the Navy. The HR teams success is evident in our ability to retain top talent, as well as in the continued growth and development of our team members.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7+ years in a relevant field, with a proven track record in executing human resource processes and deliverables
- Demonstratable ability to implement talent practices in a manufacturing environment including talent acquisition, talent development and compensation
- Experience coaching leaders and leading complex employee relations investigations
- Ability to meet multiple project deadlines effectively utilizing available resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
